Adam always works better with a deadline! Then, it’s a bunch of Doc’s Nuclear Coffee and he actually sits down to work! If he only worked that way all the time, can you imagine how brilliant he would be????

Adam, your daughter has a better outlook on life than you. You should be setting the example for her.

Too bad Katy isn’t holding a large pin or nail; she could quickly take the “wind” out of Adam’s sails…

Katy must have gotten her smarts from her mother because she sure didn’t get them from her father.

Adam asked, " Do I come around and nitpick your philosophies?"Yes, Adam you do…and you’re SUPPOSED to. It’s called “parenting”. If your kid gets a “wrong” idea in his head, you ARE supposed to set the kid straight.Let’s say the teacher calls you and tells you that your child is causing a problem in the class. The kid’s philosophy…I can do whatever I wish. YOU are expected to set the kid straight. No, you may not—-if it continues, there will be punishment. That is your philosophy against your child’s. Your job in life is to put them on the right path to success in life. Learning is a big part of it. All parents need to set “course corrections” on their young ones from time to time.
