At least it wasn’t Lucy waitering Snoopy; she’d be freaking out at the top of her lungs after that peck on the schnoz.

That’s what you call a smack down.

I would be nice to actually get this kind of attention from the pets around here when I feed them. Normally when their given their food their more like “Go away man, you’re bothering me while I’m eating.” Food gets brought out it’s “Oh boy, oh boy, food! Glorious food!” You’d think they’d do something like Snoopy did here, but nope, they want you gone while they eat and no attempt to thank you when their done.

“Waiter”—sounds like Snoopy’s got a little cat in him.

Next time, tip.

I love doggy kisses. All three of my boys grace me with them from time to time. They are stingy with them, but will bathe me with them if they feel I have acted worthily.

I think this is one of the few times that there is a definite suggestion that the kids understand Snoopy’s thoughts.

I wonder what he would do to show his “appreciation” to Lucy?

Doggie Kisses are usually freely given without preconditions, unless you have Beef Sauce on your face!

I always loved doggy kisses.

Most servers prefer cash slipped discretely under the plate, although there are places where they prefer cash not so discretely slipped under the G-string. Not that I would know anything about that of course.

Pets or animals that are cared for by men and woman act different then animals that live in the wild.

To get rescued wild animals back into the wilderness you can’t touch them. So, domestic animal do not have to hunt. That is way pets thank you for feeding them.
