War Cloud was only in the triple crown in 1918. He was 4THin the Kentucky Derby, 2ND in the Belmont & won thePreakness!

Well, not really Bobarion, plow horses were draft (draught) horses and were bred for big feet, as well as just big horses.. The Budweiser Clydesdales are an example. There were other large and large footed breeds. They were the 18-wheelers of the day.
Mules, on the other hand, have generally small feet, but are good plow and draft animals.
The best incentive I ever had to get an education was watching a mules @## from the handles of a turning plow.

In the House episode it was a toothpick that a young boy swallowed. IIRC it did not show up on x-ray which was why the intestinal pain was so mysterious.
