Ponch never learns…

Finally the story is over with. (Poncho just couldn’t wait until the bath was done.)

Timing is everything.

Poncho. it is a small price to pay for getting your body back. Who knew squirrel would hate a bath that much.Now squirrel has to deal with the fact that Poncho ate all the nuts he stashed away. And Chaz will have a dog who does not bring his slippers! Back to normal.

“Thank biscuits, I’m a dog again” We all know what Poncho worships!

Good news from the Starman yesterday!! I couldn’t reply last night?Hope you continue on your recovery!!

Starman, didn’t get back to late last night, so waited to respond today. I’m really glad things are working out for the better. Still praying for you.

Me too, Starman – glad you didn’t have to have another surgery. I hope the eye gets back to normal soon.

Well. That was easier than I thought it would be. I thought they would only be able to switch bodies back once they had each learned some deep lesson about each other’s life. Silly me, seeking higher meaning in the comics … At least Poncho’s happy. (Or will be, once he dries off his restored body …)

I enjoy the 3-6 week arcs that Gilligan does, as long as the situation keeps changing and the jokes are fresh each day, which they have been in this arc. I can’t recall any “dogs” among the strips. Granted the dog sitter arc got to be groan-worthy, but usually that is not the case. Anyway, I like the one-offs too, and I suspect we will get a bunch starting Monday.
