    Poncho. it is a small price to pay for getting your body back. Who knew squirrel would hate a bath that much.Now squirrel has to deal with the fact that Poncho ate all the nuts he stashed away. And Chaz will have a dog who does not bring his slippers! Back to normal.

    Well. That was easier than I thought it would be. I thought they would only be able to switch bodies back once they had each learned some deep lesson about each other’s life. Silly me, seeking higher meaning in the comics … At least Poncho’s happy. (Or will be, once he dries off his restored body …)

    I enjoy the 3-6 week arcs that Gilligan does, as long as the situation keeps changing and the jokes are fresh each day, which they have been in this arc. I can’t recall any “dogs” among the strips. Granted the dog sitter arc got to be groan-worthy, but usually that is not the case. Anyway, I like the one-offs too, and I suspect we will get a bunch starting Monday.
