There are good incumbents and bad incumbents. Voters who don’t know the difference, or don’t vote at all (as a number of TEA Party folks have proudly proclaimed) because they’re “too disgusted” to participate- should head south to Mexico, or maybe Bolivia, Ecuador or Chile.

Or Venezuela or Russia or China.
