    Shhhhhhh…

    No, actually the increase for young female drivers was way less than for males. Apparently, the tables support that young female drivers were less likely to be involved in a crash than young males! It was the same when my sister and I started driving. When I got my license, my Dad’s insurance rates increased a lot more than when my sister started driving 3 years later.

    I am sure it has to do with exposure. Think about it. When you were a teenager, and went out with your “babe”, who drove? In almost evert case it is the guy, and this might even hold true in today’s “more enlightened” times…
