Speaking of bacon, anyone remember a lunchmeat called “Chicken Loaf with Bacon”? With a little horseradish sauce on Rye bread… Yum! I can’t seem to find “Chicken Loaf with Bacon” at the grocery store or deli anymore. The last time I had it was in the 1970’s.
