A “plush bed,” indoor plumbing, free meal service … I don’t think that Joel will want to leave.

That is why most do crimes to get a room, bed, and food also medical. Unless your from my location some inmates die in prison.

Sadly for Joel, Gweedo…. most prisons these days do not allow the inmates to smoke. It makes me feel sad for Joel.

Joel always makes the best of any situation he is in…. even with the unfortunate situation where his pipe is most likely tucked away in his jacket and so he has no access to it because of the prison garb. Even though it is difficult seeing Joel there… I know that sooner or later he will figure out a solution that ends up springing both him and Rufus.

I find it interesting that Joel’s incarceration number 555-37-67 has been prominently displayed both yesterday and today. I wonder if there will be some significance to the number for the story, or perhaps there is a hidden meaning in the number for Mr. Scancarelli?
