Your grandma must have been happy when she saw how thin you got at Lake Beewell, Chad. But I'M not happy! I liked myself the way I WAS! I got plenty of exercise!...I ate lots of healthy foods!... ...but i didn't count every calorie in a FOOD JOURNAL! And if I wanted an oreo, I ate an oreo! IS THAT WRONG?

I think we need to be happy to live life. But being healthy is a strong point to live happily too… but I think I prefer a happy Chad, not one who screams so loudly that knocks people off their feet!
