Crazy people are why I quit working retail. I don’t know why otherwise “normal” people think it’s OK to abuse clerks.

I put that in the same class as those unemployed who cross streets against the lights (San Francisco). It is those who know they are powerless asserting power in one of the few places they feel they have it.
