Sounds like my house - only roles reversed. When my husband was home every evening, our sons would ask him for help. Now that he works far enough away that he’s only home on weekends, our sons always ask me, even when he’s around. Part of it is habit, part of it is because I know how to do __ the way they want, and Dad is out of practice.
