I think they’re talking about getting the sex-hunting behavior “out of their system” by blowing off the steam in a safer way. I feel sorry for the mayor if he feels like he’s a victim because he has a secret vacation retreat in Aruba! I, and most people, would be happy to have that - but not if it’s wasted on just hiding females with career-destroying stories.
