I know those morning sounds. A mixture of the coffee maker and stepping on a box of cornflakes.
I make more noise than a whole box of rice krispies.
You know you’re getting old the first time you make your father’s noise when you get out of bed.
Yep, that’s it…. Sigh. I know it well.
The reason us older folks look grumpy a lot is because we’re in PAIN. Just moving causes all of those noises and the aches that come with them! Ouch!
