Calvin is an idealist. Unfortunately, most of his ideals are wrong since they are exemplified by his whims and caprices.

If people’s desires coincide with God’s desires, there’s no problem. True Christianity, based on Christ, is valid and reliable. Based on frail and faulty Christians, it ultimately fails.

In today’s news, ISIS considers rape a form of prayer, supported by the Koran.Try today’s (8/4/2015) New York Times. A big article on the subject. (I’d include a link, but that would get “moderated.”) Charming folks those ISIS types, pragmatically turning their “whims” into religious principles.

Yep. Calvin is all 3 of them!
