If the hotel is that close to the railroad, those rooms had better be soundproofed.
A cabbie did that to me in Houston once. I didn’t know where the hotel was, so I hailed a cab. It was around the corner. He didn’t get a tip.
I’ve heard of situations where the hospital was across the street from a nursing home – and an ambulance would be required!
