It’s possible that that’s where fireflies come from: mosquitoes whop drank unicorn blood and got all sparkly.

Reminds me of Laptop, the border collie in “Safe Havens” who could herd like nobody’s business.

When I go riding the mosquitoes and deer flies prefer to eat my horse and pretty much leave me alone.
