Ruthie all kids want pets but guess who ends up taking care of them. My daughter who is adult now wanted a dog so got one and she takes care of her. Golden Retriever female and very protective.
And Ruthie didn’t even have to ask (beg, whine) for it – they surprised her with it! One year to the day after she adopted her tree…
Her plan worked. Eventually.
