Kfaatz925 - I agree. Having been a supervisor at age 18, it cured me from ever desiring another management position. My husband wouldn’t listen to me, so he took a supervisor’s job several years after we were married. He was so glad when he was demoted, and has done everything he can to avoid being a supervisor again. When they wanted to promote him this last time, he recruited a guy to apply for that job, who is now his boss.
Claire needs to take a personality assessment test, and find out what types of careers would suit her best.
