My niece’s last prom dress cost $450.00!And Tammy is right, the top not only doesn’t fit, its indecent (or it would be if she weren’t so flat!) lol
That was a lot of money in 1957 – about 3 or 4 days earnings.
$75 back then would probably be $750 today.
That would be at least $300 clams today. Kids are always the same, no sense of the value of money.
