I have some of those experiences seeing as I live with me, myself, and I.

Pork.Pork yesterday, pork today, pork tomorrow…pork for the foreseeable future.Well, a couple more days, anyhow.

There was a really good sale on pork.

Good thing I’m not observant!

I cooked so much so I could just nuke it for a few days. Don’t like it? Stove’s over there, stores that way.

Steak and chicken

Chicken thighs , long grain wild rice , and salad. :)

SREAK with a side order of salad!

I’ll be having salmon again tonight. Yes I stocked up on salmon.

Black bean and cream cheese enchiladas, with salad and hazelnut gelato.

Ah, leftovers, sometimes they’re better than the first time.We don’t say that we’re having leftovers. We call it restaurant night. Everyone gets to choose a different meal.

There are a lot of things I could gladly eat three nights in a row. Tonight my husband is making orange chicken and I’m making fried rice with vegetables.

Do you talk crazy?

It might depend on how you define “crazy”…

Grilled a steak with corn on the cob and a little potato salad left from last week. Have enough steak left for tomorrow night with more corn.

Well, I was going to make chili-mac for dinner, but couldn’t find any macaroni and cheese in the pantry. I eat pretty simple, so I warmed up some weenies and beans!

Tomorrow I will go to the market and pick up some “stuff” I might need over the next few days…

Dinner was spagetti and meatballs with homemade sauce. It was my first try at making red sauce. Not too bad, but a bit on the thin side.
