    Pork.Pork yesterday, pork today, pork tomorrow…pork for the foreseeable future.Well, a couple more days, anyhow.

    There was a really good sale on pork.

    Ah, leftovers, sometimes they’re better than the first time.We don’t say that we’re having leftovers. We call it restaurant night. Everyone gets to choose a different meal.

    Grilled a steak with corn on the cob and a little potato salad left from last week. Have enough steak left for tomorrow night with more corn.

    Well, I was going to make chili-mac for dinner, but couldn’t find any macaroni and cheese in the pantry. I eat pretty simple, so I warmed up some weenies and beans!

    Tomorrow I will go to the market and pick up some “stuff” I might need over the next few days…

    Dinner was spagetti and meatballs with homemade sauce. It was my first try at making red sauce. Not too bad, but a bit on the thin side.
