Caulfield: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I'm going to try eating it all three meals! Frazz: Plus "cereal" sounds so much more wholesome than eating little cookies all day.
Ah, Cookie Crisp cereal. I always wanted to get it when I was little, but my parents wouldn’t ever go for it. I don’t blame them now, but man, I was an angry little girl on shopping day back then.
I never got why people are so strict about food choices during breakfast and dinner. People eat steak and eggs for breakfast but if I dare pull out some leftover spaghetti I get looks. Strange.
BilanIt also depends on the cookie. A classic oatmeal cookie contains: grain (oat and wheat), fruit (raisins), protein (nuts), carbohydrates (sugar), milk, eggs, and assorted spices for flavor. That’s a balanced diet in itself..A minced meat cookie can claim the same (and you can leave out the booze – cooking will evaporate the alcohol anyway).

Wholesome depends on which cereal you’re eating.

But then you must define any period between meals as a fast.

But a new study just released says they might have wrong for all those years.Regardless, I could do eggs and grits and BACON for all 12 meals a day.

It’s all in the marketing. There’s a cereal out with “ancient grains” in the name. Number 3 ingredient – sugar!

I would rather have more background color than the unattractive placement of the copy in those words balloons. And it would take no more work!
