Mmm…I love turkey! Make soup of the leftover bones, freeze what you don’t eat, you can have turkey sandwiches to your heart’s content! Wish it was Thanksgiving. Or Christmas. Maybe I’ll take mine out of the freezer for Easter. Yeah.
The first Thanksgiving after my husband & I got married, we got hit with a major snowstorm. My father-in-law STILL made it through the storm (in his 1982 Mustang) to have Roast Beef with us.
This could go either way. None of their relatives can get to their home and they have too much or no one can travel anywhere and they end up feeding all of their snowbound neighborhood. The latter would be nice.

So they are going to be tired of turkey real fast. Turkey soup with the turkey sandwiches, turkey meatloaf, turkey and pasta…

The power goes off and they have nothing but turkey to eat.
