Isn’t Teena a little old to be believing in Santa Claus? I found out there is no Santa when I was five. I read it in a book and then his my knowledge from my parents for a couple more years because I was afraid they’d stop buying me presents.
I think that I prefer to see the background painted in completely. The pink swirls (in this case) make it look like someone was wearing too much scent.
It would be nice if this strip would catch up to the current time line. We are seeing strips that ran during Christmas during the original run. This strip is not being drawn anymore and we are just in reruns, so skip a few months to get to present time line. We might miss a few months of strips but GoComics is just going to start the run again once we get to the end of the strip run, then everybody would be on the same time frame on the next time around.
