I’ve met people before who respond to honest questions with, “Don’t argue with me!”
It’s awful when that person is the boss or some kind of trainer in charge.
Would be even tougher for that person to be Mom.
One of our clients had his apartment burglarized while he was on vacation. He was so traumatized he voluntarily became homeless.
My first wife would have cleaned in case of a burglar. She used to have a maid come in twice a week and she always cleaned before she came.
Maybe she is planning ahead. They could be tired after traveling and not feel up to housecleaning when they get back. It will be one less thing to do after unpacking. Otherwise I don’t get the logic.
Reminds me of The Simpsons episode of Marge cleaning the house before the cleaning lady comes over.
