I remember, 1 year after we moved into our new house, new people moved in next door. When I went to check it out, I discovered that they had not one, but TWO little girls about my age! Taffy (Laura) was 7, Karen was 6 (I was 8). The 3 of us became fast friends and, although we don’t get to see each other hardly at all, are STILL friends.
