Well, for some people, if you wear pajamas sew a ping pong ball in the back of your pajama top, that way when you roll over on your back you’ll roll back over because of the ping pong ball. At least in theory. Since I’m perfect and I don’t snore I don’t have to resort to that. Also I sleep Al fresco. Sewing a ping pong ball in my back would be a little uncomfortable to begin with.
