EldoAt least Fritzncotter’s is still making Frank Sinatra’s.

My cousin over in Boston (USA, that is) just got her second batch of fosters – a pair of one-week-old kittens . Her last fosters were a pair of siblings and were a bit older. They were adopted – together – last month. She’s never dealt with bottle babies before, but she should be fine. She’s had cats all her life – worked with horses for a time, too.

I can’t get any of the pictures.

@2old, the Last Rose of SummerSince my wife & I moved to 29 palms, The biggest “City” we’ve been to, was Moreno Valley. That’s about as close to O.C. I want to get! I like The fond Memories of the way life was back then..When the El Toro Marine Base was there, and O.C.I.R. (Orange County International Raceway)..Those Were The Days, My Friend…(Edinger was a race strip too, along side the Base)..

ONYX IS HOME!!!We are rejoicing—-break out the tuna and special treats.She is soooo needy, I have to prop my bad leg up on a stool/ottoman, she is sitting on it hugging my leg, head butting me for pets (makes typing really hard). ;-DHer sisters are acting like they never saw her before.Hisses, growls—-all over the place. I guess she smells funny (hospital stink!).

I installed Windows 10—-the new "Edge” (IE’s replacement ) could not find any of my favorite sites???? When I went to shut down, I went into a “restarting, restarting, etc. loop”. I ended up restoring Win 7 (thank goodness it worked!). so I have to go back and do all of yesterday’s comics, plus today’s.Be back later. ;-))

Our Office Computer Consultant instructed us to wait on downloading Windows 10. We have a year to do the turnover. I have been waiting. *DID YOU HAVE Windows 7 or 8? I have 7.

I have been having issues with the site all night! I thought it was fixed, but when I tried to REPLY directly to you, it would not submit! Guess there are still ISSUES!

I have the answer to your Windows 10 problems.Switch to iOS X.I no longer have “problems”.

Reading about the walks down memory lane was nice. I was born 1950 and grew up in Oceanside. (Class of ’69 -Go Pirates!)

I hadn’t been back in a long time until last fall. Oh, my!! What changes. We used to cruise “the strand” down on the beach. Not any more. Half of it’s blocked off. My skating rink is gone.

My sister and I used to drive up to OC for different things on weekends. Good times. On one trip back, we picked up 2 male hitch hikers. I talked her into it. Geeze – we could be dead. But they were nice guys, members of Up With People, as were we. Drove them all the way back down to San Diego and dropped them at the ferry to Coronado.

Noreen. That is good news. I’m sure she is very glad to be back. Are her sisters playing nice now?
