How about the people who leave grocery carts in the handicapped space.

I love seeing into the offices of “Overboard, Inc.”

And I know exactly what Chip is talking about. All those preachy letters about leaving garbage where dogs can get at it; about bad it is for them; about responsible pet care; about the environmental hazards; about how a healthy diet is the responsibility of every person on earth regardless of circumstances, tastes, state of health, living or dead.

PHEW! I’m sure glad we avoided all of THOSE!
