I don’t think it is the same woman. She wears a different dress. Maybe a neighbour?
The caption says August 8, 1908, but the last comic was August 2, 1908. August 8 was a Saturday that year, so this must be the one for August 9, 1908.
It’s a wonder the panels didn’t collapse.
