This is a good comic. I like the way characters like Cassie grow and change, Notice her hand on Curtis’ shoulder in a platonic way. Derek is starting to dominate the scene.

I think Curtis is related to Neil on “Family Guy”

Actually the hand on Curtis’s shoulder is that of Mr. Kessler! Important July dates:

Actually if Cassie were hinting for an invitation, her hand wouldn’t be on his shoulder (Think Scarlett O’Hara warming her hands in “Gone with the Wind”

P4: Cassie - “Yep, you could get some dates out of it, but not with me or any of my hot babe friends”.

Curtis - (sigh of resignation).

Agree with davidblack. But what does “Props” mean? Am I impossibly behind on teenage idiom? Does it mean there are good props in the video, or something like, “Yeah, Man!”?

@rallen - Giving someone “props” is acknowledging them with the proper amount of respect or appreciation for what they did.

You need to get your nose out of this increasingly lame strip and get out more. :-)

P2 looks like an episode of friends. Maybe Curtis can slip Cassie some rufies at the post season awards banquet. Then he won’t have to worry about dating.
