Whether or not a Hollywood movie has anything to do with what it’s “based on” has absolutely nothing to do with it, don’t you know that by now, Scott?

Seems to me that “everything” didn’t go wrong in the first two movies. Maybe the first three; I skipped the third. And there’s a reason most of us liked the fourth better.

I said exactly this after the FIRST movie. OK movie (eh), but should NOT have been called Mission: Impossible.

The real reason they used that title:

Mission Impossible: Making a Decent Movie.

And furthermore; the original show was about TEAMWORK not a one man show.
