I know that type. Getting fatter then suing the food chains for feeding them. On the other hand they get sued for not feeding the fatties.. No win for the food chains is there.
Patty, The Voice Of Reason (Hark!! Do I hear a blast of trumpets? Oh yes!! Yes, In-DEED!!) tries valiantly but again fails to breech the ramparts of three sets of perpetually deaf ears!!
The reason I like this strip is because it reminds me of real people. People like the Penny’s exist. They really do. Patty needs to get a job transfer and move away. My sister in Tenn would be all on this lawsuit for the free money. and she calls herself a conservative
This mindset is sadly common. Where is Mikie2? It seems that I have not seen his comments the last few days. I hope all is well… his comments are usually as enjoyable as the comics!
One of the big things of fast food is convenience. In our family we make 8 chicken sandwiches, 8 hamburgers and 8 chicken salad sandwiches every Sunday. The rule is they are for work lunches only. If you have a day off and time to make lunch, they are off limits. We freeze about a third of them for later in the week.
This gets our family through the week, and costs a fraction of what it would cost to eat out every day. For $20.00 in groceries, we can save $200.00 in food. Healthier too.

There’s no food on Earth fast enough to escape these eager eaters.
