Obviously you forgot your history! The US Government has for a very long time occasionally supported (bailed out?) US companies in the past, and will continue to do the same in the future! I just wish people would just get over it…
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac got bailed out and the CEOs’ salaries got capped at 400k. They asked for it to go up to several million and the Senate unanimously—unanimously!—voted no yesterday! Miracles do happen.
