You know what would cut down on unnecessary government bureaucracy? If everyone could allocate their tax money to the programs that mattered to them! So I could put 90% of my taxes into zoos! and the other 30% into different zoos! What about education? Military? Infrastructure? Let the government figure it out.

Heart says it all about how most people think about government. That’s how Congress got to be the way it is today.

90% + 30% = 120%. Thats even more taxes.
