I have no idea whether the NEA is a union, or whether secretaries are eligible to be members. My guesses would have been, No and No.
I really love the way the angle of view in the first two frames is day-dreamy, while in the last two it’s very down-to-earth. Looks almost effortless, but it couldn’t happen without (a) the artistic idea and (b) pulling it off right so it carries us along rather than making us confused or seasick.

Hopefully, information is of interest to everyone! It doesn’t hurt me a bit if anyone wants to take it personally. Even if I was the one to post the info, and even if my post was misunderstood.
What I did do was to bring up “union.” I see I was just making that assumption, after someone had sarcastically suggested that the NEA would never “let its members be overworked.” I am quite interested and glad to be corrected/informed better.
Still, even if there’s collective bargaining for public school teachers everywhere, I don’t think that a union would have too much power. My understanding is that most or all states have laws prohibiting public teachers from going on strike.
How about them daydreamy mountains out Jack’s window, eh?
Avon, you will find that everything is about Idiot Joe. His answer to my post, ” I WROTE THAT WHEN I WAS A MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, IT WAS NOT A UNION.” is him taking me to task for answering the “is” part of your question. It is a union, and I think secretaries would be eligible as “support personel”. He is not currently a member, therefore nothing else matters, except how it affects Joe. Truth be told, it probably was a union back then. After all, what is a “non-profit professional organization”?

I’m answering to Avon’s question, not to anything you said. Why do you think everything is about you?
