Maybe Flo should take the marriage counselor’s advice from yesterday or just stop cooking for him.

    Viernes fantástico ! Cappers

@Affie: Yon trè bon jou ak bèl bagay nan fen semèn nan ou zanmi m ’Temperatures do not change much here – being so close to the equator but as we head into Spring, we are preparing for El Niño which they are predicting to be the worst in almost 20 years, with tons of rains and flooding in the coastal and lowland areas. Of course, if you go up to the Sierras, you have to contend with Cotopaxi which has been spewing dust and smoke for a couple of months now, threatening to really blow, any time now. It is one of several active volcanos that we live with.Still, I wouldn’t want to live anyplace else in this world.

@Number Six Good luck today. Most of my working life, I preferred to work “graveyard” shifts because I could accomplish much more than those who worked days, Probably, because I didn’t have all the head honchos breathing done my neck.I noticed a couple of things about night workers. They are “self-starters” who are capable of, and prefer to work with a minimum of direct supervision. They are idiocentric, but usually in a very likable way.

I think Flo’s watching one of those cooking compitition shows and the mean judge is giving his opinion of the current chef.

I love Yorkshire Puddings! Especially when the batter is crispy.

Don’t think I’d like to try lumpy gravy though. xxx

@BevHope springs eternal. Assuming the ‘Stros win the wild card. they would face the Royals in the playoffs. But I’m still hoping for them winning their division. Yes Larson was and is a genius. Too bad some of his ’toons are fuzzy. I try to find ones that are not.

As someone over 60, I can say that old age is all in the mind (as well as the bones).

I still don’t know what I want to do when I grow up.

"I’ll keep my mouth shut in future..No you won’t…. you are in between 3 and me (age wise) and have learned different things….. all knowledge is relevant, so the best thing to say is that we have to make our own mistakes…. my life, your life and 3’s lives are just as valuable but life is meant to test us..Sorry to come across as an ersatz Pope but philosophy is all I have to keep going.
