They can do both. A Christian wedding will usually have a short hamily that no one hears until they look at the tape, film or dvd, because they aren’t paying attention to him. I mean nobody is paying attention to the pastor except maybe a really good head usher. The name tag may be for the minister’s short memory.
Anyway it’s funny. Beside the couple to be have to have meetings with the Pastor for counseling before marriage. Our Pastor told us a little of what he does for couples. Depends on the couples some Pastors will not let couples marry in God’s house if not appropriate. We had past Pastors who got in argument and knew this was wrong they both resigned their positions and this had to do with a couple asking a Pastor perform a marriage cermony something wasn’t right and one of the Pastor’s objected to the other being asked so felt it improper from each other and resigned.
