The taste should be the same, especially if the recipe doesn’t have any ingredients with wheat or rye (it’s amazing how foods that have never had gluten to begin with try to jump on the “gluten free” bandwagon). Most of the difference will be in the texture, i.e., it will be denser & harder.
Gluten free another hippie-dippie fad. People with real allergies to gluten are the only people that need this diet. I wonder how long before it dies out.
