I actually read this as kinduv sweet; Snoopy’s trying to get on the bandwagon and show support for the cats as he’d like the cats to show support for dogs… but he just can’t resist slipping that one word onto the sign, sigh…

Never confuse intelligence with obedience. Cats understand everything you say and do. They deliberately choose to do the opposite.

Speaking from the point of view of a cat person, I think it would be more accurate to call it “Stupid cat enabler” week!

Stupid is the wrong adjective – insufferable might be a better one.

They wouldn’t waste their time getting upset about Dog Week either.
