It was like they put the water fountains there just to tease thirsty kids, you pushed the button, stepped on the pedal, or turned the knob and barely a trickle came out, rarely enough to reach your mouth even if you shoved it against that faucet.
we used to have stuff like that happen in our school. Usually when someone decided it would be fun to put their chewing gum over most of the water outlet.
