Sorry, epic fail. This ‘toon ignores the fact that the sense of smell of a dog (much stronger than that of a human) would have alerted them from the get-go that the toy wasn’t real…

Wow, he is waking up to a nightmare of angry dogs! (the yellow one is new). I hope he has a freezer full of real chops to bail himself out!

If you wake up tied down to your bed,and you don’t see a girl in a skimpy nightie, you know you are in trouble.

I’m so glad I can enjoy comic strips without imposing reality on them.

Too bad that a pork chop (or any pork) can kill a dog. Not the rubber ones though.

A pork chop can kill a human also. Dogs have been catching and finding animal protein for a lot of years and are still on this earth. Many dogs eat fowl, bones and all, and are just fine. Yes, sharp splinters of bone can cause problems in any thing eating it, but that is the fault of the person butchering the meat.

Cooking hardens the bones , making them dangerous . I’ve raised dogs and chickens for years and never had a dog have problems with raw bones .

Dogs sometimes rely on their eyes… I really don’t know why, but it’s funny.
