    That line would never move, unless it’s at an In-N-Out. Only place I’ve ever gone to where it’s always right (at least in my area).

    I don’t do drive through, so this isn’t an issue for me.

    Quality control has been a big deal in Japan for decades. If you buy a child’s toy in a department store, they open the box, put the batteries in, and check it out. Imagine that happening at Walmart.

    Moderately complicated: I’d like a cheeseburger without cheese. And can you add more grill marks to my burger?

    They no longer sell a hamburger, they will allow you to order a cheeseburger without cheese (no deduction for the lack of cheese but always seem to find a way to add a charge if you want cheese on a non-cheese item).

    I have ordered the noncheese hamburger, Clerk acknowledged “no cheese”, the order was marked as “no cheese”, The package was noted as “no cheese”, guess what I got? A CHEESEBURGER!
