Dunno. I never studied at Yale but some of the most fun I had going to college football games was at the old Yale Bowl.
You felt you were watching a college football game, on a Saturday afternoon, the way it was meant to be played.
A new ‘stadium" is antiseptic and doesn’t have that wonderful sense of history and collegiate nostalgia for the days when college football was a fun sport and not a business.

Though I rather doubt it, perhaps someday the Alumni as a whole will figure out that “team loyalty” is a one-way street.
