Before I retired, I had to BE at work at 5 AM, so now I never set the alarm for anything unless it’s because I’m going somewhere, and it certainly isn’t for 6 AM.
in college(the 1st time) i had a morning class and none of us were morning people (maybe the teacher). we had an agreement to grunt “morning” at each other as a greeting. “good morning” was an oxymoron
I see a bad mood rising.I see trouble on the way.I see earthquakes and lightnin’.I see bad times today..Don’t go around tonight,Well it’s bound to take your life,There’s a bad mood on the rise..I hear hurricanes a blowing.I know the end is coming soon.I fear rivers over flowing.I hear the voice of rage and ruin.
My wife is a morning person, waking up when the dogs need to got (about 6 a.m.) I stretch get up and make sure they didn’t make a mess anywhere, start the Choffy Cocoa and take a nap. I’ll make the breakfast an hour later.

That’s why the only time I wake up at 6am is on holiday to go visit something and avoid the other tourists.

I always get up before 6 AM; so the alarm doesn’t bother me.

Had to be downtown at work by 7:45. Now that I’m retired, it’s so nice to wake up on my own around 7:15…
