Some years too much; some years too little. Some years just right. You want to be able to see the tracks of the bear family and yet still beat yourself a golden-haired retreat right out of there.
We had first sleet and ice storm from Thursday to Friday am KS. Today dodge it as slammed in OK.One snow flake not bad dread actual snow though ice is worse.
I remember the days when I opened my mouth and let the snowflakes land on my tongue!
Of course, there are two things I learned when I was growing up:1) Don’t stick your tongue on a steel post when it is freezing cold2) Don’t eat yellow snow, ever

This is probably a perfect strip. It has the elegance of single-pointedness illustrating a truth we all encounter. Plus, I laughed my butt off.

According to Lucy van Pelt, it’s too early to eat snowflakes, which is why Calvin didn’t…..

Use that to make a snowball. That would help.

Just come to Texas panhandle Calvin. We have snow for you and a whole lot of ice. You can use the whole city as a skating rink!!

I don’t have to drive in it any more, but I do feel the urge to make a reservation at Emergency before I go out to shovel it!

We get to see snow in the foothills, it stays there and I am a happy camper.

Brother-in-law was living in Great Neck, NY watching people out of top panes of their windows going down the street on skis or snowshoes.

Snow is good. Enough to sled on is much, much better.
