“How would I know?”Well, if Frank says something like “Great, we’ll expect you at six then” then VvS accepted, if he says “…yes, I understand, no, that’s OK” Vick did not. You only need half the conversation for that.

This strip reminds of a obsess fan locally of a radio station called all the time. Insisted on free concert tickets radio station used to give them out to fans then stopped, also went to a worker’s son football game that man was surprised he showed up. This man was special need had health issues died of coronary and some of the personalities on radio station went to his service and spoke.
