He’s lucky, at least there is a hope of the stuff leaving one day.If it were his spouse’s stuff, there is no hope. Trust me…I know all too well.
My son has a garage attic full of his mother’s stuff.
I know someone who pulled that, and was really ticked off when the house in question was put up for sale and he had to try to retrieve all his stuff in two weeks’ time.
The simple answer to that is “No. You won’t”.
Don’t worry, he’ll be back with a pregnant wife and three kids in a few years, when he’s out of work. They won’t take up much room….
When my Mom moved to the retirement community, she sold the house to my brother (Hi, Gimmickgenius!) So we NEVER have to move our “stuff”!
This is one of the reasons we sold our big home years ago and built a townhouse! Sorry kids, there is no longer room at the inn…
