Are you sure that wasn’t just a big bucket from a disgruntled neighbor disturbed by the nighttime noise?

According to the History Channel, soon after the formation of the earth, the moon was at a fraction of its current distance, causing thousand-foot tides rolling over the earth, leaching out minerals, making the sea salty.

On the other hand, I try not to believe everything the History Channel says.

PSCHEARER If half of America gets their news from the Daily Show and Colbert Report. why shouldn’t you get your info from the History Channel. Er, didn’t that used to be the WWII battleship Network? Anyway, if you pay for it (FOX NEWS), you know it’s the truth.

People actually PAY for Fox News? Wow… I always thought it was provided as some sort of cable TV rate-cut deal, like “you watch an hour of Glenn Beck, and we’ll let you have Stewart and Colbert for free.”

Colbert is not so bad; Stewart is a waste of good air.
