I guess “the powers that be” considered this upcoming strip story arc to be a legitimate parody or spoof of the movie “The Last Starfighter” (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087597/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_3) and so didn’t bother to send the copyright nazis after Paige any of the times it has been on the web before.

is there only like a year of actual strip time and it just keeps getting repeated?

Seriously? It FEELS like we saw this less than a year ago… I mean, it seems all the arcs of the past 6 months have been nothing but repeat/reruns… Is she not doing anything new or what?

I believe I have seen this one twice. I liked it and remember it well, but enough is enough. I am going to remove Jane from my comic list.

@Raijin: There haven’t been any updates in many years. Martian Confederacy comic came after Jane’ World. Paige is currently working on another project. Have a great day my friend.

see I stated this a few weeks ago… Jane gets mistaken for playing the game and getting a high score and the alien comes to recruit her.. just like the ’80’s film The Last Starfighter I believe…

I loved that movie, and all other comments aside, I haven’t seen this take-off before.

This is where I came in, but it is still my favorite arc of all the “Jane’s World” stories. (Just like “The Last Starfighter” is one of my favorite movies!) I’m on the edge of my seat now!
