Just do what any hostile takeover artist does. Pay the maintenance out of the current cash reserve (i.e. the treasure trove on site). Let the previous management pay the bills.
I don’t want to spell check and make sure my grammar is correct. If I wanted to work that hard, I’d finish my doctoral dissertation. If you understood what was said, respond to it. If it’s actually so bad that you didn’t, ignore it. This is supposed to be fun, not an English assignment.
always trade offs. big place equals big utilities cost, big maintenance costs, etc…not to mention the property taxes, but the square footage is nice. small place is the inverse, but it is a tiny(300 sq ft.)…..
argythreeThey seldom cut down trees. I just caught something that I should have seen in my first read. The leader of the “invaders” dressed as the Valkyrie Brünnhilde gave me my second hearty laugh. Very subtle, and very funny. As the say in real estate – it’s location, location, location !

“That’s the way licence is spelt in Australia and most English speaking countries :)”

Perhaps, we should apply this principle to the cost of maintaining Congress. The cost is far in excess of what John Q. Public receives in return.

Since they’re just going to sack and burn it, I don’t think the heating costs are very relevant.
